Kara Marion Monlux

Kara Marion Monlux, 55, of Gresham, Oregon, passed away on August 27, 2025.

Born in Portland, Oregon, Kara was the beloved daughter of Beth and David Monlux. She grew up surrounded by family and faith, values that shaped the way she lived her life.

Kara was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was blessed with one daughter, Hailey Monlux, and found immense joy in her two grandchildren, Aiden Jenner (7) and Kinslee Jenner (5). She is also survived by her brothers, Bret Monlux and Ryan Monlux.

Kara was a longtime and active member of GA, where she poured her heart into helping others and building a strong, supportive community. Her unwavering love of God gave her strength and purpose each day, and she shared that faith openly with those around her.

Kara will be remembered for her compassion, her strength, and the love she gave so freely to family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A service to celebrate Kara's life will be held in Gresham, with details to be shared with family and friends.
